Negative stars if I could, employers and employees are very rude and won't help when having a problem with a order even after being nothing but reasonable respectful towards them you will not receive the same treatment, they can care less how there food come out of their kitchen, I ordered a simple blt with extra mayo and received the most burnt bacon known to man or woman, and no sight of any mayo, I had no mayo at my house so had to drive to McDonald's for mayo packets, they told me they would give me a coupon and didn't even have the decency to apologize, I'll never go to this cousins ever again and if I hear of anyone planning on going there I will definitely redirect them elsewhere.
I dined in on February 23rd during a snowy weekend, staying just 350 feet away at The Harbour View. It was my first time using the app to place an order. I ordered two salads, and I was pleased to find that the order was 98% accurate. A few ingredients were missing, but I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt—it's possible I didn’t enter everything correctly in the app, so it’s not a big issue. When I walked in, the salads were prepared and ready, and the staff greeted me with smiles. They tasted fantastic! Thank you!
I have been going to this location for a while now and every time I order the veggie sub with mayo they do not put mayo on it. Normally I just deal with it but this time not only did it not have mayo. It also had chunks of ice attached to the lettuce like it was half frozen and the frozen lettuce made the bread extra soggy and disgusting really quickly And then the cheese was crumbling like it was old. Waist of money
Just went to cousins and they were closed for the day during usual operating hours. Myself and 5 other customers had to walk away. There was no sign on the door to explain why they were closed and the door was locked. There were three other cars waiting in the drive through for service without knowing that cousins was closed as

If you enjoy waiting for long periods, like at the DMV, this is the spot for you. I ordered food for my son's birthday party and ended up waiting an hour past the pickup time. It was frustrating to spend my time here instead of with my son and family. There were only four workers on duty, which is just ridiculous.
I'm going to cousins once a week with my friend. We are never disappointed with our support. We bought the $20 port discount card from the PWHS football team only for the fantastic cousins deal from buy 2 get a free. $10-$13 for 3 subs is such a steal.
I went here for lunch. Cheese Curds were really good. Sandwich was good too. Staff was not super friendly. Relatively quick service. Smaller for dining in.
This is likely one of the best dining experiences in the Wisconsin area. The service is quick, efficient, and friendly.

One of best subs in USA. From PA and the bread is the best....fillings are fresh. Nice personnel.
They always get our order right and the food is always up to the Cousins standard.
