I went to this place expected to be treated as a disturbance instead of a guest, based on the fast food service industry lately, but I was pleasantly surprised! I was immediately greeted by a very friendly employee (possibly manager or assistant manager) who had properly covered his facial hair for food service. He was patient while I tried to find out what my husband wanted while I was on the phone, and after I had set my order, I had to add something and it was done with great courtesy. The food was immediately prepared by another super friendly employee who also gave it to me. Everything was right and delicious. Friendly, efficient and correct order. Food is good, but they can only order occasionally. Ask for ?no onions and we get onions. No meat? And we get meat. The list goes on and on. But that's not just a problem with this place. Common problem with most cousins. When I talked to a regional manager, he said it was a software problem, but that was a few years ago and the problem continues. I sent a message to the customer service a few days ago without following. This makes me sad because we like the quality and support of locals, but it is not worth getting food? and discovering mistakes home. We should have given up all cousins years ago.
Honestly, the experience was ok, sandwich was a total mess divided into half and packed all crazy. I felt the need to give 5 stars, although just because of a WONDERFUL employee! Thank you for picking up my order today. Wonderful setting, wonderful customer service skills and wonderful leadership when you talk to your team. As someone who worked in the food service and is now a manager in another area of the service industry... Cousin's lucky to have you!
The most efficient staff and exact orders from all cousins in the area. Because the staff is so personal, we drive past other cousins to get to this 76th location of Layton.
