The service was awful. Our meal took an unreasonably long time, and we noticed that three other tables received their food before us. One of our orders was incorrect, and when it was brought out again, it was still wrong. The buns tasted stale and very dry, and the chicken was also dry—I've had better chicken sandwiches at McDonald's (and that's saying something). There were multiple mistakes with no explanation or acknowledgment. I requested to have one meal removed from the bill, and while they did comply, there were no apologies for the inconvenience. No one was rude, but the service was just unacceptable. I have no intention of returning; it was a one-time experience that I won't repeat.
I only gave this restaurant two stars because the quality of their food is inconsistent. As a disabled person who doesn't drive, I depend on delivery and order from them 3-4 times a month, typically spending around $50-60 each time. Unfortunately, my meal yesterday was burned to the point that it was inedible. While I have enjoyed perfectly cooked meals from them in the past, this has happened several times now. The only thing I ended up enjoying was the cheesecake, which was delicious and cost $90. I was willing to give them more chances, but I can't do so any longer.
Since joining famous Dave's, this place has really cleaned up. Previously, the employees had their clear favorites, the regular ones. It was a dive of a bar that had delicious food and cheap drinks, especially happy hour. While their happy hour menu is much smaller, the food quality is definitely updated. In addition, the staff are friendly and service is much better. The client can still be rough around the age in the bar area and particularly late night. The bone in Buffalo wings are so delicious, they are definitely an original at this point.
I really enjoyed this place because it includes Famous Dave's food item in the vicinity of a restaurant where you can sit down and have delivered food to you. Large restaurant with rooms can be rented for special events. We had several class meetings here. Nice staff. Clean restaurant. Clean bathroom. Usually a lot of parking, but for when it gets busy. Conveniently located.

I can't believe they have a 4 start review. the food was salty, kartoffels were cold, mac and cheese was in order, they also calculate alcohol tax?! I don't even pay alcohol tax in the liqueur! the people don’t eat here! go to super target get jack daniel’s seasoned cooked pulled pork W/King’s hawaiian original sweet rolls. feeds 3 for $15.
Very good. Your food is fabulous. The service was somehow sketched as they trained someone and had a party next door and it took a lot of time to see between our server. We were there for a 70. Birthday party and they brought a beautiful sparkling ad for dessert and birthday that was really beautiful
We picked up the Anerican Feast for dinner with our kids. It was absolutely delicious as usual. The ribs were tender, the pulled pork out of this world, no fat!! The sides hot and fresh too. Nice people too, you feel good about patronizing their restaurant.
Love it here. Stacy is amazing! I’ve came across a lot of bartenders. I used to manage a bar. I’ve never encountered anyone so great. She is extremely good at what she does. On top of everything. Great customer service all around. ????

We traveled from western Wisconsin to do some shopping and decided to stop at Famous Dave’s for our New Year's Eve dinner. As always, the food was amazing. However, I did have an issue with the service.
The chicken here was a part of the vest that I had ribs could have been cooked a little longer, but otherwise a very good meal at the value of the price
