Cowesett Inn West Warwick

The food was okay. My husband loved his fish-n-chips, but my steak was far under seasoned along with my sides. The carted potatoes were a big galinic blob on the plate, very strange. Our server was too preoccupied with her family or friends who sat behind us and we waited 30 minutes until she came back after dinner, although she went 15 times, and another 10 after she had taken off with our credit card after she finally gave us the bill. She never brought us bread we demanded.

I was late on a Saturday night with my girlfriend for a little dinner. Surprisingly empty in view of the atmosphere here at night is perfect for anyone looking for a peaceful dinner. All the food was for our pleasure, and I even started to my girlfriend plate for some of her pasta (the sauce is great here). Apart from the meatballs I would not recommend, this place is a simple 5 stars. Will come back!!!

My wife, two daughters and two little grandchildren ate there last night. Our waitress was excellent, she was at the point when it came to the children and when they served them and she made the experience very pleasant. I wish I remembered her name, but she said she had 3 children and knew how to deal with it. Great work.

Overall the food was pretty good, but wasn't memorable. Our server was awesome! Many years ago this was the best restaurant in the area and it was always busy. Would love to see them step up their game and get back to being 5 stars.

A great place to eat for families. There is something in the menu for everyone. Although there was an extensive menu, our party of 10 enjoyed all the cooking of their meals. I recommend the Perogies!
