3 of us came to eat on a Thursday evening. I ordered an artisan burger. The famous burger where the waiter scrapes the tomme de savoie to make the cheese flow over our burger. Very good. You can smell all the ingredients (onions, dried tomatoes, apples) and the cheese is not too strong in taste. The steak (rare cooking) melts in your mouth. The service was quick despite a full room.
