Vargem Grande Paulista, 10/20/2023 On this date, at 5:35 pm I went to the Pizzeria and paid and ordered a pizza 1/2 Portuguese 1, 1/2 Neapolitan. Knowing that baking only started at 6pm, I asked the attendant (I don't know her name) who was wearing a light pink blouse and a cap if I could pick it up at 6:30pm. I came back at 6:31 pm and asked a girl who was: wearing a black blouse, hair tied up, glasses with a slightly pink frame (based on the description and time, you'll know who she was as there were only 3 employees in the pizzeria's room) who, told me the I wanted.... I replied: I wanted to know if the pizza was ready. She:: DIDN'T LOOK UP FROM THE COMPUTER, DIDN'T ASK MY NAME, DIDN'T GO...
The pizza is wonderful, although last time it was very weak without sauce, but there's a reason that forced me to post it here. I always order 2 hours in advance so I can pick it up at a specific time to avoid delays, but they are always late and this last time they couldn't find the order, when they found it I believe they weren't even preparing it because I was there 20 minutes waiting, there was no apology and Not even a thank you, there's a lack of preparation, it's a shame they lost another customer.
