Ordered the grilled chicken tenders which came out completely burnt to a crisp so asked for it to be recooked and second attempt was burnt pretty bad on one side but the other side was just burnt around the edges but when I flipped over and saw that Underside burnt badly again I just didn't even bother sending it back because the server had already been so rude and for some reason they wouldn't let me substitute cheddar cheese on my salad and tried to tell me that I couldn't get jelly with the biscuits in the evening although he ended up bringing some because by that point I was ready to throw a fit. Each time we visit the food gets worse. We both ordered a fried chicken meal with mashed potatoes, green beans and cornbread. The chicken was all breading with little meat for example the wing had one piece of meat in it for both of us. The chicken was just breading that's it! The green beans were mushy so didn't eat them. One piece of cornbread was all broken up. Really disappointed!
Service was awful!! When we received our food you could tell it had been sitting for way too long. The quality of food was very poor. We have eaten at this location many times with good food but not today. under cooked, super greasy pancakes, chicken fried steak was disgusting, eggs where cold. Drinks took forever to get. Just all around horrible experience.
Katherine, our server, was amazing! It was super busy, but even so, our drinks never emptied, and our food was good and hot! One of the cashiers up front was kind enough to go in the back and find more of the birch beer sodas for us, too! I don't think I've ever had a poor experience at a Cracker Barrel.

Love the food, I had the farmers fried breakfast, chicken fried steak and biscuits and gravy. Food was good, pancakes a little over cooked but still good. I ordered over easy eggs and got soft fried eggs. Still tasted good and thats the thing I want at a restaurant. I would reccomend it to people.
I had a call in order they said it'd be 10 to 15 minutes and took me an hour to get my food This has happened to me several times in the past
Did a curbside pickup, food was gross! Normally I have a great experience at this location, but this time was not the case.
You can't go wrong stopping at a Cracker barrel. Food was so good and quick for the road. Service was excellent
