My mother and I dined here yesterday, and both the service and the food were excellent. However, the most significant moment occurred after we finished our meal. My mother has Alzheimer's, and she began to have an episode where she didn’t recognize me and feared that I was someone intending to harm her. The manager stayed with me and provided support, helping to calm my mom until I could get her safely to the car. Cracker Barrel should be very proud of Renee.
The best Cracker Barrel I have been to, and believe me I have been to a lot of them. The staff is so courteous that there are no words to describe it. The food is fresh and filling. Nice clean restrooms. Our table help Leah was simply wonderful. She went out of her way to cut strawberries for my daughter, which normally other stores did not offer. Great work
Great service, great food. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was I've had better salmon, this was a tiny bit over cooked, but still very good. 2 of our party got burgers and were very pleased, another got the Italian sub, very good, but bread was very crusty, which is typical for Italian bread, so just keep the in mind. Would definitely go back!!
Went here with my family and had a blast. The food was delicious, the staff was friendly, and atmosphere was jovial. It took some time to to get our food, but that's unavoidable due to lack of staffing. They are hiring if people are looking for a fun place to work. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
The service was exceptional! The waitstaff were incredibly polite. The food was delicious. What impressed me the most was that we didn’t have to wait, even though the restaurant was busy. I will definitely eat here again on my next visit to town.
Wonderful experience! Homestyle, country appeal and delicious food. Fast service with attentive employees throughout the entire establishment. We were very satisfied, and I found a beautiful denim shirt for 70% off!
Great food and prices. Stopped in the other day and even though it was very busy had food in front of us very quickly. Kayla was more than helpful and made sure the entire group of us had everything we needed.
