I placed an order for the southern fried chicken family meal online to be picked up at 10:30am.. I arrived 5 minutes early as I always do, checked in and waited and waited. Mind you it was the 4th oh July and they were slammed but at 10:45 I went in and forced my way to the front, due to the amount of people mulling around and I asked the not so happy cashier about my order, the reply wa they will bring it out whenever it's done. Shaking my head I went back to my car to wait yet another 15 minutes. Went back in and even more people were NOT moving, finally i forced my way back to the cashier and i apparently found maybe the manager and he told me it was just being boxed up and then he procee...
This is the only restaurant chain I’ve been to where, after placing a to-go order, you end up waiting 15-30 minutes for your food, and by the time you walk across the parking lot or within 8 minutes, everything is cool or even cold. Additionally, I’m not a fan of the fact that Cracker Barrel uses regular microwave ovens instead of safer, grill-type ovens.
EXTREMELY slow service even though the restaurant was just 1/4 full??! Server was totally indifferent to us and apparently only ordered 2 of our 4 meals correctly. 20 minutes before the 2 wrong entrees were served. Cashier stand is an absolute joke. 2 people paying in front of me and I waited 15 minutes to pay! Horribly managed restaurant
I loved this place. The food was very delicious, the portions were huge (I suggest sharing); The attention was outstanding and the atmosphere very curious. It looked like a bar from the wild west. It was well worth coming to this place. The next time I return to the US, I will stop by a Cracker Barrel without hesitation. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Good was great the service not so much. We got there around 230 and didn't leave until 430. Kept having to flag down our waitress to get refills or order food. Glad we ordered appetizers because it took close to an hour before our food arrived. We can't here for lunch and it ended up being dinner.
I had a lovely breakfast with pancakes and baked apples, which were delicious. I also visited the store, which offers some fantastic items.
Just another stop at another cracker barrel. Food is the same. Service was decent busy but got us seated quickly.
