We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! The food, service, and atmosphere were fantastic. Although it was quite busy and we had to wait for a table, I enjoyed browsing the store and discovered several lovely gifts. While we waited, we also played a game of checkers. I tried a new dish that I absolutely loved and will definitely order again!
Took the family for lunch today. Place was PACKED! Joined the 30 minute wait line virtually, then probably another 20 after arrival. Food was great as always, maybe a touch salty. Took long to come out but the server was very friendly as were the other patrons, so overall not too bad. We got our fix for the next few years. They really should expand!
I visited the restaurant on a Thursday around midday for lunch. It was quite busy, which I understand, but the service was really slow. It took over an hour after we were seated before we finally received our food. Our server, Lori, was fantastic, but there seemed to be some issues that day.
I was really impressed with Cracker Barrel's new family meals. I ordered one for my family after Christmas, and it was a real treat. The food arrived right on schedule and was easy to serve. I can't recommend this service enough!
We were seated in a timely manner and greeted by a friendly server. Food was hot , delicious and served quickly. Food was terrific. And bonus for a great sale on shopping for Christmas stuff.
great store on the way in. service was friendly but left us alone after delivering our meal. no follow up and could not find anyone to get extra syrup! very annoying!!!!
Kevin, our waiter, was very friendly and efficient and he made me and my party laugh a whole lot. made cracker barrel feel like a crackin good home. We love Kevin!!!
I ordered some ready to heat sides and they were not packed correctly. The Mac and cheese and potatoes leaked all over each other. Very careless packaging.
