Ok I'm literally writing this as a plea for someone to help me out. Food was great and all but I was there this morning and left my black hoodie in the handicap stall of the women's restroom. PLEASE if anyone there sees this help me out it was very important to me . The food at this restaurant was fantastic; we decided to switch things up from our usual order and we were very pleased with our choice. The steak burger with gravy and onions was a delicious combination. Our waitress was excellent and ensured that our food was served quickly and just the way our picky children like it. The restaurant has a pleasant family-friendly atmosphere and is not too noisy.
Food was fine. Fried chicken was very good, it tasted similar to KFC original recipe. The receipt showed increased price on plain hash potatoes on breakfast plate but not noted on item location on lunch menu. It was listed elsewhere on the menu. I was surprised at the markup on the bill. Manager fixed it, thanks. Note ask the waitress for markups on food while ordering or look at all of the menu.
I find it reassuring that Cracker Barrel, along with all its locations, offers consistent food quality and service. In a time when the food service industry is struggling to find reliable staff, Cracker Barrel sets itself apart by delivering excellent quality and service. Ordered the grandpa breakfast, the only thing that was really hot like it was just made was the fries chicken , the server was polite and nice.. a disappointed if Iam in that area again I will give it another try, see what happens. Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
