My wife and I had a fantastic first experience at Craft 387. The service was attentive and friendly, and the atmosphere had a lively, enjoyable vibe. We loved the celebrity photos with an eye theme that made for a fun guessing game! The food was exceptional and delicious from start to finish. The menu is quite diverse, offering something for everyone. We began with the beet salad and chicken potstickers, both of which were excellent. My wife ordered the chicken fajitas for her main course and declared them the best she’s ever had. The burger tasted warm and good. French fries was also good and not overcooked. The fried calamari salad was really good. Only downside is that it was bit pricey, $20 for burger was bit too much considering the fact that this place is not in the City (no offense, though). But overall, it is worth to try at this place, although I personally would not go all the way from Queens, NY to Plainview unless there is a special occasion.
food sucks. over priced. tiny, odd portions. menu vs what was presented didn't match. no ventilation and was kinda warm. I left hungry. some of the food was stale. the table has an uncomfortable bar underneath that made it hard to stretch your legs. menu was so limited that it's disappointing they can't perfect how they cook the dishes. WOULDN'T EVER GO BACK.
A wonderful restaurant in every way. Outstanding food, service and ambiance. The manager, John, stopped by our table often to say hello and check on our experience. He’s a great guy! I highly recommend Craft for a casual night out or even a special occasion

Amazing, friendly service! We had Alexey as our waiter and he was phenomenal! Couldn't of asked for a better experience. We had a table of 7 and had a variety of food and drinks that met all of our expectations!! Would eat again, 10/10 recommend.
The food is terrific but also pretty expensive. Highly recommend the steak quesadillas and the calamari. The salads are good as well. Only downside is the restaurant can get quite noisy.
It was our first time at Craft 387, and we both wanted a hearty burger. We were not disappointed! Next time, we'll try dinner. It's a great place!
