we have visited twice because we have fallen in love with craft in chantilly! the buffet deal is perfect, very tasty and varied, very favorable, a good choice for families and ideal for groups with different flavors: everyone will find the food to its or its lust, and in the desired quantity. also it is a green choice: no drop! book in advance. we have already been turned around what our third visit would have been in a month.
very fresh and diverse products. it is a market concept that they serve with each quantity for a reasonable flat-rate (22eur for dinner); everything they can eat from the cold self-service. if you want to eat the cooked special of the day out of the open kitchen, add 10eur.
Service was not good Paid 50 euro per person for a set of buffet appetizers, ok quality and a very small piece of meat onglet... Sorry too much with a very low quality wine. I would recommend to go outside the hotel facility if u...r staying at the hyatt regency chantilly.

a perfect welcome, the tables are well spaced and the buffet is very garnished. We have dinner and breakfast and everything was perfect. the server that was busy with us was present and attentive. everything was very good with a very large choice.
delicious food. the buffet was unique and had a lot of dressed that was very elegantly presented and exquisite. the main course has been delivered to each guest fresh. the dessert buffet was elaborate and plentiful!
