I was pretty excited to try the place out and was...mildly disappointed. It wasn't garbage (though I tend to avoid calling any food that), but lacked the general quality I'm used to from cajun cuisine. Though, I only had their seafood, and cannot vouch for their chicken.In spite of that, the food was still acceptable and all the workers were extremely kind. They even offered to let me order something else when I disliked what I ordered, but I didn't come to get free food and complain.They're a well run local business, and if the stuff I order next time is a better experience, I'll definitely bump it up from a 3.
After instantly walking in for my 18th birthday dinner with my girlfriend we where treated to a nice friendly smile from the hostess. After sitting down the waitress quickly gave us our drinks and took our order which had a super quick turn around time. The food itself was phenomenal and blew up my mouth with flavors from the pop corn shrimp to the hush puppies. If I could tell you this was a place that's a hidden gem this is definitely it! Love the food, awesome service, and an overall amazing birthday dinner. Now I just gotta convince him to open one up Florida near my home.
Setting was nice. Went with friend and my son. They both ordered The Combo 2catfish fillets,2 shrimp and 2 oysters with hush puppies and fries. They were not happy because it was cooked so hard you couldn't even taste the meat.i had the PO boy sandwich with fried shrimp oysters and fish all I tasted was the bread hardly no meat. And we all were fighting for the bathroom when we got home. Its the next day and we are still fighting for the bathroom. I think I will not be going back there. Signed.....tired of sitting on fhe toilet.
The staff is very friendly, but I’ve been frustrated lately because the last few times I called to order oysters, they weren’t available. Their stated hours of operation haven't been consistent either. Although I've been let down on a few occasions, the food I've ordered has always met my expectations.

Oh wow! Didn’t think that i would find awesome cajun food in MN. Po boy was great. A lot of stuffing. The bread was soft and crunchy. Cat fish filets was awesome. The fish is not fishy at all— sign of freshness and cooked to perfection!
GREAT PLACE FOR A FAMILY FEAST!! MANAGEMENT AND STAFF ARE A PLEASURE TO ORDER FROM AND THE SERVICE IS VERY FAST AND EFFICIENT!!I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE PO BOYS' THE CRAW FISH THE OYSTERS AND SO ON. JUST A GREAT MENU ALL TOGETHER!
I took both of their gumbos to go and tried both and .....just pure salt! It was so salty I could not enjoy it...it was floating in a sea of salt is what I felt. That's not the way to make tasty gumbo.
Everything was great! Good value, food was excellent, staff was friendly and attentive. Highly recommended!
