Crazy Hibachi Company

Just moved to LR, my wife and I met up with some other friends stationed here for dinner. Food was 8/10 but I was severely distracted by the Owner/manager being extremely disrespectful to two of his employees. We watched as he pointed at our table countless times and belittled one of them, eventually one of the other employees stepped in and he started to go off on her as well. We were confused as if we had done something, but apparently he didn’t like where the waitress had seated us at our own hibachi table (Table for 6) when we had a party of 4 not including out 2 newborns, rather then merging us with another party. Five stars for service. Our waitress (sorry I didn't get her name) was friendly and attentive and gave us all the time we needed to study the menu as this was our first time there. Once we ordered she kept our glasses full.Five stars for cooking. Our cook (didn't get his name either) put on a good show but more importantly cooked steaks, salmon, shrimp, and chicken to perfection. He also cooked fried rice and fresh vegetables.Five stars for value. Not the cheapest place to eat but this was a special occasion. Having said that I feel we got good value for the money. None of us left hungry and none of us had any complaints. There were five of us. We will be back to try the sushi.

Crazy Hibachi truly lived up to its name tonight.Pros The hostesses and waitress were the sweetest The dining area was visibly clean.Cons $0.75 up charge for yum yum sauce $2.50 up charge for fried rice I ordered two sushi rolls and neither were memorable. Both were bland There was loud, audible shouting from the kitchen area that caused all of the wait staff to run in the kitchen. The shouting might have been a fight between employees or might have just been one disgruntled employee. Still unsure as to what was happening but could not have left any quicker.

So much for the Hibachi experience I was hoping for in Little Rock as I am here for business travel. Paid for TWO fillets medium and I am staring at steak cooked to leather. The chef was non interactive, they charge for yum yum sauce and I didn’t even get the extra zucchini I ordered. My waiter was great and attentive. Probably the best part of my experience. I do not think I will be back for an unpleasant experience when I pay this amount of money.

This place seems great when you first go in everyone is respectful. But my god the prices are outrageous here. They charge for every little thing even down to the fried rice and yum yum sauce. I spent 113$ when I spend 80$ at other hibachi places! I cant believe they are still in business. I simply cant rate a place stars that I cant afford to go to. I even tipped 20$ to the chef and waiter so in other words 153$!!!!

we sat at the sushi bar with heather as our server and we had an amazing experience! robert made sushi and it was amazing. he even explained a few things from the menu that could have been confusing, but big not the less. if you are looking for good food and a welcoming crew. this is the place to go! we will see the next weekend in any case again robert and Heather!

there is always a language barrier and they never accept substitution. a host said our table was ready and then someone else said it wasn't. the workers seemed to have done everything they could, and I bet they will not respond to this review.

best sushi in the city! my favorites are the lobster roll and the deep-fried monkey brain roll. they also have a child-friendly menu for my children.
