I appreciate the restaurant offering vegan options, which is great. However, I found it a bit frustrating to order because it was easy to confuse the vegan and non-vegan options. Personally, I don't enjoy having to repeatedly specify that I want the vegan waffle, vegan ice cream, etc. I also couldn't find a separate vegan menu as advertised. Despite these issues, the food was deliciously unhealthy, just what I wanted, although it did give me a sugar headache right away.
I ordered a waffle and my friend ordered a coat, both were hard to cut because it was not properly cooked, so we explained our situation michael (manager) and without hesitation, he served us new waffle and crepe (for my friend) and ensured that it was properly cooked. michaels service was amazing. I would definitely come back.
a place worth visiting! shahzad a. has made our dessert tasty! plates were emptied after 5 min :p faster service, courtesy and friendly staff, cleaned area everything was good. nice to visit again and enjoy amazing desserts when we are in bristol.

My grandson, who is allergic to dairy and eggs, always misses out on desserts. Not here though, with a fantastic selection of waffles, chocolate chip cookies and ice creams.
wow. I didn't know what to expect when a friend suggested this place (she wasn't before) but it was amazing. especially spectacular were the waffles with warm keksteig!
The ice cream sundae was underwhelming, but I appreciate the effort put into offering a vegan menu.
