In the past I would have given Creanies 6/5 stars it was so good. Unfortunately it seems like supply/cost issues are hitting this business hard recently. The mint chocolate chip ice cream has changed, the rainbow sprinkles are different, the Oreos are not name brand and the portion sizes are decreased. My regular size cup was barely larger than my daughters kiddie cup. And recently they have been out of mango water ice a lot. It’s very disappointing because we would frequent Creanies a lot because they quality was so good and honestly my favorite place to go for ice cream. Will probably stop coming by for a while and try again in a few months.
I just left there with 2 hot fudge sundaes, one chocolate and one vanilla. The girl asked me if I wanted small, regular or large. I order 2 regulars. Didn’t open till ai got home only to find that the cup I was given was half full and all the got funded was on the bottom and to the side of the ice cream. Just me saying to the side of the ice cream should say it all. I am very disappointed at the amount of ice cream we received, and that the hot fudge was not melted over top of the ice cream instead of on the bottom of the cup. I paid $15.00 for $2 worth of ice cream.I will never go back there and me and my wife are big ice cream lovers.
The quality has really declined. I ordered three sundaes for $13—two small and one regular. The portions were so small that the ice cream didn’t even reach the rim of the cup. I remember when the servings used to overflow with a nice swirl on top. Now they’ve become so stingy that it’s more worthwhile to just buy a half-gallon and make it at home.
The customer service at this ice cream shop is outstanding, and having a drive-thru option adds to its convenience. With a wide selection of flavors and toppings, there's something for everyone to savor. The friendly staff is always willing to offer samples and help you find the ideal size for your dessert. Yummy ice cream, decent orices, small size single scoops. I do wish there was a way for them to show which flavors are no longer available. Had my hopes up for caramel cheesecake ?.
The ice cream is quite good, but there's definitely room for improvement in the service. With better organization, it could be much better.
The ice cream was delicious and the service was fast and on point. We enjoyed our ice cream and glad we stopped in to try the place out.
