This used to be our favorite restaurant in the area, but with the new ownership, the quality has declined while the price has increased! Some examples: the celebration fries used to be so good, but now they have changed the fries to the cheap steak fries, and its not the same. It's not good at all. Nothing to celebrate about the celebration fries. They took salmon off the menu and replaced it with cheap tilapia. Gross! They added a bunch of Mexican food. I just wanted to let everyone know that the restaurant changed ownership in December 2022, and the main dishes and famous celebration fries are no longer the same. They have also added Mexican cuisine to their menu. My group of 4 all opted for burgers, which were decent, but we were disappointed that our favorite side dish had been replaced, which was one of the reasons we were looking forward to dining there. We all discussed whether we would return to explore the Mexican options, considering there are many other Mexican restaurants in the area and we only visit occasionally. I have been coming to this restaurant for the past 2 years and have enjoyed it immensely. Recently I have noticed the quality of food and hospitality has gone down hill.All of the original staff has been pushed out or let go and that was one of the best parts.The food is now sub par. In the past you could always expect the food to taste exactly how it was on your past visits.....NOW it's likely it will be totally different or poor taste.
The vegan black bean burger is delicious with its own unique flavor, perfect for those who prefer not to have meat. The salad options are great, with a variety of toppings to choose from. After some wine tasting in the neighborhood we had a very nice, hearty lunch with genuinely friendly service. The burgers were excellent, and they also took care of our grandson nearly 4 with coloring utensils and Mac’n Cheese with a side of fries ! .

Nice place with an outside deck and nice atmosphere. Food is good, creative hamburgers, salads and of course beer and wine. Great place for a break while wine tasting in El Dorado or Amador counties.
I had breakfast and dinner at this restaurant and it was amazing. The homemade potatoes were delicious. I really enjoyed both the mild and hot homemade sauces.
