Had an amazing meal here last night with friends- laid back atmosphere, yet professional service. Fantastic food. Lena and Mark have put together an awesome place here serving tastes of the south and twists there on. Amazing dishes that you have to have? Fried chicken with biscuits (kinda like a savoury scone to those not in the know! , and the soft shell crab . Will definitely be back for more next time we're in this neck of the woods.
Highly recommend this restaurant if you are looking for great food and excellent service! We had the chicken fried chicken/steak, duck wings, and seafood gumbo. We planned on having the bananas foster but alas we had no room in our tummies! Next time we are hoping the beans and rice will be on the menu and we will most definitely save room for dessert!
5 stars is not enough! every time I've been here the food and service is amazing. The staff are very welcoming, friendly and really go out of there way to provide an excellent experience. my partner and I have tried a fair bit of the menu and its fresh and delicious. Soul food at it's best :
Unbelievably wonderful food, friendly staff who enjoy a good chat from local happenings to menu recommendations, a quaint, warm atmosphere, and a passionate and dedicated owner that knows how to take care of customers. As a girl from New Orleans this place takes me home. I love the place, food, beer selections staff! 5 stars all around. Step out from your ordinary fish chips and try something most delicious! I'm talking authentic southern Cajun Creole food. Enjoy laissez les bon temps rouler!
Most amazing meals, the chicken fried chicken was by far the best chicken dish we have ever had. The staff are so lovely and friendly. We will definitely make the drive from the Gold Coast again. Great atmosphere and ambience! Thank you for a great night!
This is hands down the best American food I've had in Brisbane . The service was top notch and the food was incredible . I can't recommend this place highly enough . They have just saved me in flights heading over to get my chicken and biscuit fix !!!!!
Although I only go in for the Oyster Sub. I've been back a handful of times now and started trying more of the menu and the fooda alqays spot on and if you room.. have dessert Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
