The decor is fantastic in an "old French entertainment" kind of way. The restaurant is run by a very nice and friendly French family, who are touching and sincere people as well as good entertainers. The theme dinners are highly recommended as they are something you will not have ever seen anywhere else except maybe in Moulin Rouge-style shows in Paris. This is of course on a smaller scale, easier to go to and to book, and well worth the price.I also recommend dining there on any regular night. You will still get a few songs and the food is excellent. Dinner crepes are very good, and do not pass on the flambeed dessert crepes as they are much better than in any other creperie I have ever bee...
As soon as you enter the restaurant you know this is not your average creperie. The decor is flamboyant, maybe kitsch, with many photos and pictures of a bygone age alluding to entertainment or the local area. On special nights they have a full cabaret but on a "normal" night Willem provides an entertaining Karaoke where guest diners are invited to participate.Overall a thoroughly enjoyable evening at a modest price.
this place is a jewel. a family-run place with family history, Russian ballet dancers and native young and a passionate affair. the crepes are large and generously filled by all standards and served in a room that is lined to...a pariser nightclub from the early last century. I would recommend going out the season to be honest as it has to do in juli and august. the prices are also very fair and the personal charming
This is the best Crêperie I have ever been to, the quality is very high standard, the Chef is amazing and everyone is so friendly, I will definitely come back. Hope I will be able to stay for one of the shows that take place after diner, the decor is so warm too, you don't want to leave ! a jump into the creperie is a surreale experience. this multigenerational family business offers the best crepes I have ever had in an environment that they will not forget. book on, as the restaurant was completely full. cabaret on certain evenings.
It was not just a diner, it was an experience! The interiors really make you feel like you are at the beginning of XXth century. Even the waiters are dressed accordingly! The food was also very nice. One of the waiters is singing french songs.
