Road weary and exhausted from an overnight flight we made our way to Barbizon, a lovely town outside of Paris. Hungry and ready for something delicious, we both ordered savory galettes and could have not been more pleased. A fresh green salad accompanied beautiful galettes filled with all sorts of goodies. Add a refreshing glass of wine and it was a delicious unfussy meal. Also, very friendly and accommodating wait staff made for a lovely evening. A special thanks to Elodie and Corentim for a warm welcome and excellent service.
The very DESAGREABLE waitress did not want us to settle inside the crêperie on the pretext that she decided that it did not rain and that it was easier to serve in the court. It was 18°. In addition, the rate of consumption has increased.
Nice terrace, good for a fast lunch. Big salads, traditional and modern crepes. Nice staff. Barbizon is a nice village for a visit, although there is not much to do.
