Creperie Le Colibri

So I already commented on this restaurant. I went back there with two colleagues I convinced to follow me. So this noon the galette of the day: Cod brandade (plein-plein) onions confit and small potatoes jumped...Hummmmmmmmmmmmm for who likes it of course. And and... the dessert, a lemon cream and its sandy, is to type the C.L parterre. Yes, ladies, well, that's not quite objective, because I'm a fool of everything that has lemon in a sweet version... Frankly TESTEZ, you will not be disappointed, it is not possible unless you do not like cakes and fresh products...

während einer Wanderwoche durch die Ardeche verschlug es uns in diesen Ort. die Creperie lud schon von außen ein und wir bestellten Crêpes. ich hatte Buchweizencrepe mit einer wunderbaren, leckeren Füllung: Bradade war mir bisher unbekannt, doch im Nachhinein freute ich mich über meine Entscheidung : Wer Fisch mag muss es mal probieren ! Es ist eine Fischcreme, unglaublich locker und frisch. Zusätzlich war die Füllung noch mit kleinsten Bratkartoffelwürfeln, die mich beeidruckten. Meine Begleitung hatte etwas vegetarisches. Wir waren beide sehr zufrieden.

menu with cold served gourmet cake with too much bechamel. Nice service. Welcome very well. Too bad. No flat water in bottle, only the water of the city. Rate cider a little high that is not breton). soup also served not very hot. Dessert cream ! with whipped disappointment.

A pleasant moment with quality cuisine. It's beautiful. Everything in a contained rate. Jbai forgot to take a photo of the dish but the risotto was perfectly controlled. With a good welcome and good service. I recommend that you not be disappointed.

The meal is excellent, the perfect pancakes, the reception is very friendly. The decor is sober and good taste.
