Best to reserve, it has a busy mix of clients at lunch time which is when I went. I easily made the reservation by phone the day before as myself and 3 friends were meeting up for a chat. There was room for at least 40 people seated. several tables of 4 plus one of 6 but tables could easily be moved together. The menu was quite varied and even if you did not like the cobinations offered you could chose your own ingredients for your crepes.I had the menu du jour at a very reasonable price consisting of a savoury crepe filled with sliced potatoes, ham and cheeses with a green salad. Accompanied by a pitcher of cider. Followed by a dessert of either a sweet crepe with filling of your choice or...
This little creperie is tucked away in the maze of medieval streets near the impressive church (behind the boulangerie). Its a local secret. The main offering is a good range of well produced crepes stuffed with local produce. They are quite delicious and excellent value at around 9 Euros. The menu du jour is an amazing 11 Euros a head. Each table is set with pretty checked cloths and good sized stoneware cups ideal for trying French cider which complements the simple gastronomy. As previous reports indicate, the welcome is warm and service attentive. Although cosy, the tables are thoughtfully placed with sufficient space not to feel crammed in.
We have been here on a saturday evening. Me, my wife and our 2 kids (13,11).All 4 of us ordered the €10 menu. That is 1 galette with an egg, cheese and ham. A green salad and a 25cl drink.We were very surprised about the food, pleasantly surprised! The galette was very tasteful, the salad also!Staff (i think the owner herself) was very friendly although she was very busy.The restaurant is small and very cosy. If you are in la Souteraine don't think twice, just pay this little restaurant a visit!
One of the best discoveries of the year!Although quite near the centre of the town this great little place is not too easy to find, but well worth the effort if you succeed.The owner, Leslie will greet you warmly as will her husband, the chef. The single room restaurant is very nicely decorated and there is a warm atmosphere.The galettes are large, perfectly prepared and cooked, and delicious.What more is there to say except don't miss this gem.

We were quite a large group but were well catered for for lunch. There was a huge list of options all of which were very tasty. We had 4 young children with us and there was a great children's menu. Sadly there was nowhere to sit outside but the restaurant was very quaint. This is a great option for lunch!
Sited up a side street this is an excellent little restaurant. Chose between a composed salad, a tasty croque or a gallete and you'll not be disappointed. Great choice of fillings for the gallette and the crepes. Menu de jour worth investigating. Prices very reasonable.
We ate here for the first time in December after watching a film at the Eden Cinema nearby. It was quite late but the Creperie was still very busy. The service was rapid and the local cider drink excellent. More than satisfactory for our needs
The galette were fantastic. The prices were great. This place was completely full and the service was great. We found the place by car very easily with our GPS.

Delicious gourmet deli. The woman who runs it isn't very nice , but it's worth tolerating her for the food.
We are so glad we discovered this little neighborhood gem.
