Crescendo - Tisch resevieren

For years we have been going to the Crescendo de Salaise but each time we fall on recruiting staff who do not want to work. To believe that the smile is optional and the signs of absen politeness. And it feels in the kitchen, sometimes neglected without flavor sometimes hyper salty! It’s a shame because there’s potential and sometimes we fall on friendly and kind staff! I think the manager should observe a little more the work of his employees to bring back the quality of the service.

from the new direction, less choice, as much in dishes as vegetables, but it's good. a change of glasses and carafes would be cool because it was taken by the limestone. the room to be renovated, but I'll be back.

Carbonara pasta without cheese (because I didn't buy it!!! Dixit the cook, have to ask the Caesar sauce for the Caesar salad (ranging in the fridge... If the service drops, I will soon avoid coming....

for an ice cream or a crêpe after the afternoon races it is the ideal place and at noon it is very good too. and staff have thanks
