Customers for about 20 years, a few pleasant people in the crates and in the halls but a catastrophic in the kitchen, a waitress of the non-chalizing and poor islands, never says hello. The salad is never sunk and when she is remarked she answers that she needs to wipe it with her fingers then a lunatic cook who says hello once on 2 and who lacks hygiene he uses his fingers without gloves to return the food. Unpreserved and tasteless vegetables or sometimes too spicy and salty. This is my feeling, some did not understand despite the closures during the covid that they were the lclients who made them live.
For years we have been going to the Crescendo de Salaise but each time we fall on recruiting staff who do not want to work. To believe that the smile is optional and the signs of absen politeness. And it feels in the kitchen, sometimes neglected without flavor sometimes hyper salty! It’s a shame because there’s potential and sometimes we fall on friendly and kind staff! I think the manager should observe a little more the work of his employees to bring back the quality of the service.

Carbonara pasta without cheese (because I didn't buy it!!! Dixit the cook, have to ask the Caesar sauce for the Caesar salad (ranging in the fridge... If the service drops, I will soon avoid coming....
