This is a super market style restaurant along the lines of Sainsburys type but much, much better. When you arrive there is an array of starters and desserts which you help yourself to. There is a list of main courses, changed each day and with specials. You go to the pay desk and tell them which main you want and pay for it. ; You are given a ticket which you then take to the chefs who are cooking everything freshly in front of you.
