Whenever I am in Sydney, I stay in the inner west. I look forward to dining at the Crocodile Farm in Ashfield. It is modern elegance but moreso you are treated like you are welcome. Sanjay and the staff have impeccable manners. The meals are great. You are not rushed or pressured. When you leave -you know you will return. Top shelf-top everything and all at a reasonable price. For mine none better!
I have been coming to this restaurant for a few years now and the menu offers everything you could want at a very reasonable price. The food always tastes fantastic. Tonight, I ordered the rump steak with chips and salad, while my girlfriend ordered the cheeseburger - it looked delicious! We always have a great night out with delicious food and drinks. I would recommend this place to everyone!
I had a delightful lunch at the Crocodile Farm Hotel. The upstairs bistro area looked modern and the customer service from the staff was outstanding. I opted for the fish and chips, which was served on a wooden paddle. The fish was perfectly crispy without being too oily, and the chips, though few in number, were tasty. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my meal.
I 'm extremely lucky this is my 'local '. The best $10 steak I 've come across in Sydney. The mash is always creamy, service is friendly and the dining area much nicer than the usual pub bistro space. Prices are very reasonable and the sticky date pudding for dessert is to die for! One of those places when you visit while you're on holiday. I was expecting more Crocodile dishes given the name. The Crocodile curry was good. I liked the look of the parma and had a bit of food envy. If I was to visit again I would probably try the parma instead.
Awesome pub, great food. Will definitely be eating/drinking here again, was particularly impressed by management in the front bar during the footy on Friday night.<br/ <br/ Managed to keep the rowdy locals under control... kudos to you : <br/ <br/ 2 thumbs up!
You wouldn't expect to find a swanky bar in downtown Ashfield, but here we are at the Crocodile Farm Hotel and the recent revamp is obvious. Upstairs there's a flood of natural light, a balcony with giant plasma screen, booth seating and sleek white table
