Cross Keys Country Pub

Came here today when you visit the area and am so glad we found this place. We wanted a real country pub with a fire and great food and cross keys was just perfect. The food was amazing, definitely one of the best fillet steaks I have ever experienced, and my girlfriend had an amazing roast beef Ciabatta, which was simply amazing, tasty and fresh. Great. Had the pleasure to meet the landlord Sue and what an interesting place that is. If you are ever in the area and want a real country pub experience and high-quality food, this is the place to go. Tha kd for us will definitely come back if we are ever on this path.

Went here for tea with my hubby and mother in law on a weekend trip to Durham , the food was lovely couldn't fault it ,the staff were extremely friendly and so was a couple of locals who we spoke too I'd recommend this cosy pub for a meal or even just a few drinks . The dog was welcome he loved the attention . Thanks for a very friendly experience

Invited here by my brother in law and sister in law John and Sandra, a very nice pub in fact excellent the food, one of the best Sunday dinners we ever had, definitely back, thanks to all staff

Friday evening meal for 2 people with a dog. Pleasant atmosphere and friendly staff. Good quality food at a reasonable price. Happy with our visit

Lovely little pub. Food was fantastic. Place is also dog friendly which is nice.
