So kind of a funny story. But me and my boyfriend came into this place and asked for directions to a sit down restaurant which the bartender gladly gave me a recommendation for. My boyfriend and I went to the other restaurant and turned around to come right back because the service and atmosphere were so inviting. And we are so glad we did! The food, beer on tap, and homemade pizzas were incredible. We are so happy that we found this place. Will definitely be coming back.
Is there 6 stars, what a cool little place we went for a ride and saw this little bar. No, they are not a brewery not sure why google said that but don’t let that stop you. They have a ton of great beer and ciders. The owner and his wife are lovely. The fresh pizza is amazing. Cool little place. definitely stop in sidenote, they have one of the oldest dummy traffic lights in Americas across the street. Price per person: $20–30
I can’t say enough good things about Croton Tapsmith. My wife and I have been going there since they opened about 3 years ago. The owner/bartender, Tracy, is always welcoming, and has a fantastic knowledge of beer and cider (and wine). He has yet to steer me wrong on a beer recommendation. On top of that, there is always a diverse selection of beers there’s something for everyone! Keep up the good work. Cheers!
Stumbled upon this place by accident after a hike at the dam. The bar reminded me of a small Cornish pub, with a very welcoming and cool vibe. Staff/owner (Tracy and Jesse were super welcoming and extremely knowledgable about their beers, offering a great selection. We’re not from the area (Jersey but will definitely be back!!! This is my favorite beer and wine bar in Westchester! Great pizza, fantastic selection, great owners. Highly recommend.
