This is a fantastic spot for drinks, with a lovely old-school pub ambiance that makes it a great choice for anyone who appreciates a charming setting. Just a heads-up for dog-sensitive patrons: there's a small friendly dog that roams the pub. She's playful and simply looking for her next friend, so don't worry, she's very gentle.
This is a local pub that welcomes everyone, although you might find the locals chatting away! They have a great selection of drinks and some tasty food as well. The barmaid was very inviting and had a quirky sense of humor. You can also sit outside at the front and back. I would definitely recommend stopping by this place!
last minute Sunday lunch required if we had not booked. the crown inn crossed all boxes. good ground meal with very helpful and friendly staff. will be back.

Lovely Sunday lunch, friendly staff, very welcoming. Stopped in off M4 for a quick roast dinner and it was perfect.
This is my favorite spot for lunch. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the food is excellent as well.
