Spent a delightful overnight stay on our way down to Devon. Our wonderful host Surinder made us both feel so very welcome and took time to make sure we were fully briefed on the set up of the bed breakfast (a recent Four in a Bed winner! Surinder was keen to ensure that we had everything we needed, and indeed we did. We were impressed with the spacious car park, complete with electric gates, which meant we could relax about leaving our new car overnight! Our room was very comfortable, and it was clear, even to our untrained eye, that the new decor had been chosen with a great eye for detail and style. One night stay to break up long journey to Cornwall. Beautiful location. Friendly staff, lovely food and nicely set up clean and comfortable rooms. Rooms: Nicely decorated comfortable rooms with good selection of everything you’d expect from a quality B+B. Nearby activities: Short walk from B+B to Tintinhull gardens run by National Trust. 5 min drive from A303 through picturesque village. Such lovely place to stop. Food drinks: Selection of evening meals are available with prior booking. Some food can be prepared without booking but conditions apply so recommend checking with owner. Great visit to this excellent B&B. Located in a lovely quiet village. Our hosts were very friendly and went out of their way to make our stay special. Lovely clean room in a beautiful old building perfect for a relaxing weekend. It’s a little out of the way but a gorgeous B B with extremely helpful hosts. The room was extremely clean and well presented.
