Everything a dining experience should be! We popped in at 6:15pm on a Saturday without reservations. We were greeted immediately with an incredibly warm smile by the host who made us feel beyond welcome. We were sat promptly and approached immediately by service staff for our water preference. The food was TOP NOTCH on all levels (sourcing, flavor, preparation, presentation) and we never lifted a finger throughout our meal rotating staff quietly visited our table simply to refill our water glasses from the bottle on the table. Bar Crudo in Brooklyn serves the freshest seafood entrées and oysters that are unparalleled on this side of town. Our server Ben was exceptional, providing detailed information about the oysters and their origins, as well as their distinct flavors. The craft cocktails were deliciously made with fresh ingredients. I ordered the Fideua, a single portion that exceeded my expectations. The dish was so flavorful that I didn't need to add any extra seasoning. I will definitely be returning to Bar Crudo in the future.
This seafood restaurant is fantastic! The shrimp appetizer was delicious and actually tasted like seafood. We also tried the paella with lobster, and all of the seafood was cooked perfectly. However, the lobster was too tender and lacked texture. I found the rice to be too salty. The service was great, although a bit excessive with water refills. I highly recommend trying the cucumber cocktail and change of seasons cocktail.
This was the best seafood paella I have had since moving to NYC. It completely blew me away. The seafood was cooked perfectly and there was a generous portion. The flavors were amazing. The oysters were delicious and the drinks were great. I will definitely be returning and have already recommended it to friends. I don't think they will be disappointed.

This was the best seafood paella I've had since moving to NYC. It blew me away. The seafood was fabulously cooked and plentiful. It was marvelously seasoned. The oysters were delicious and the drinks were bountiful. I will be making a return trip and have already sent friends their way. Give it a go. I don't think you'll be disappointed.
Honestly, one of the best places to go for seafood, paella and nice cocktails in Brooklyn . Service was amazing! Every single dish that came out looked absolutely beautiful! Instagram photos did not lie. Very pleasant place to be in . Everything we ordered was so good ! Please check it out , you won?t be disappointed.
We randomly came across this spot when driving a night out on a Monday and it didn't disappoint. Everything was delicious. The grilled oysters were incredible, the ceviche was melt-in-your mouth fantastic... Go. Whatever you order, I'm sure you will be pleased.
This restaurant has become my favorite place for oysters and drinks when I don't feel like shucking my own oysters. The oysters were incredibly fresh and flavorful. The drinks were delicious and the service was excellent. I highly recommend giving them a try!

reservation was easy and food delicious! we regretted not adding lobster to our paella when we saw it arrive to the table next to us! it was a little loud for conversation though- music could be softer lending to finer dining rather than bar vibe.
