Crumbl Cookies - Tisch reservieren

I saw a news report that it was National Chocolate Cupcake Day, so I decided that I 'd get my wife some cupcakes. I had also heard about Crumbl and some crumby lawsuit they 're involved in, so, out of curiosity, I googled them and found the Arcadia one nearby. They had Chocolate Cupcake Cookies, which was close enough to actual cupcakes. I drove over. The place was vacant, save for four workers and me. And a bunch of screens where I could place my order without interacting with another human. I ordered four cookies and was quite surprised that they were $4 apiece. The cookies ARE pretty big, I'll give them that. And the French Silk is actually pretty alright, which is the ONLY reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1.However, the cookies I received were WOEFULLY underbaked. So much so that they were impossible to pick up because they were so wet and the chocolate chip gave us heartburn and tingly tongues (from the baking soda, uncooked as it was). To top it off, the peanut butter one we purchased had no peanut butter flavor whatsoever!The BIGGEST issue, though, was the service we received. I ordered via Postmates for pick-up and my partner went to get them. Upon arrival, he was given nearly 20 minutes worth of grief about the order not existing, though...

This review is about the lack of service from this location. I picked up $100 order of cookies for some of my team members and the service was awful. Treated me as an inconvenience. I’ll choose another location next time.

YOU CHARGED ME TWICE. This morning i placed an online/delivery order. I tried calling the store, you have two options.... get hung up on and what are the flavors. VERY DISAPPOINTED

A busy location, had to wait a little for fresh cookies but it was worth it. Expensive though as is everything else, this place is definitely for treats and rewards.
