I've visited Crumble countless times, but I've never experienced such poor service! I ordered the waffle cookies, which I always get, along with the Guts cookie. Typically, the staff is very friendly and shows you the cookies before handing them over, but this time, I was just handed a closed box. When I opened it, I found my cookies looking terrible. I remarked that this isn't how they should look, but the lady working there barely acknowledged my concern. The waffle cookies didn't even have full scoops of frosting, and the Guts cookie, which I intended to give my sister instead of a birthday cake, looked nothing like the picture. I absolutely LOVE Crumbl Cookies! They offer an incredible variety each week, and I appreciate how the menu changes frequently. The chocolate chip cookie is truly unbeatable! The service is quick and hassle-free. The location is convenient, and it's a delight to watch the cookies being made behind the scenes! The decor is bright and simple, with lovely touches of pink that I really enjoy.
Fast, efficient service and always delicious! This location is also a flavor test site. They had a 7th cookie option and if you got that test flavor they gave you a card with a QR code to fill out a survey about the test flavor. We had lots of fun trying the maple sandwich cookie and doing the survey.
The cookies might be pricey, but they're of exceptional quality, and the selection is delightful. The staff is polite and helpful, adding to the overall experience. Ultimately, it's one of those little luxuries in my life that brings me joy.

They were very helpful and kind, seeing as it was my first time there. They explained how to order and the kind of cookies where available. All were delicious! I would recommend the strawberry milkshake cookie when available.
They up the price by like $5 through delivery apps and they themselves offer a high price for delivery. Satisfying cookies, sometimes doughy in the center though.
The food was quite tasty! I really appreciate the rewards points in the app. However, I must mention that the staff were quite rude and unwelcoming.
