Two stars because of the good nachos, but the rest of our experience was miserable. First, we showed up a few minutes early for our reservation and the hostess very coldly informed us that we would “have to wait our turn for a table” of course we knew that we were just letting her know we arrived. We were eventually seated about 30 minutes after our reservation time, and were told by the hostess “don’t expect to be served for awhile, we’re really busy.” Luckily we didn’t wait long as anticipated and after ordering, our drinks and appetizers came out quick, but we were informed if we wanted a second round of drinks we would all need to finish our first round, since they were so busy? Besides my hubby's old fashion being tasteless, Crystal Park Cantina has a strong star rating for a reason, the food here is quite tasty. I'm so glad I called in to make our dinner reservation because this spot gets packed quick around dinner time. Manuel was our server, and I must say he is one of the most respectful and kind servers I've ever encountered. Thank you for the great wait service, Manuel. Chips and Salsa 3 stars; the salsa had a weird marinara sauce after taste and the chips tasted store bought. Ceviche 3 stars; it was very bland, lacked lotsa lime juice and basic seasoning. Did they forget to shake S&P all over? Salt Bae where you at!? Where Crystal Park Cantina really redeeme...

We did not have a reservation but stopped by at 6:30 pm hoping that we could get a table. After waiting about ten minutes (the waiter/hostess were debating in front of us in Spanish if they had a table for us or not), we were told that they could put us on the wait list, and that we would receive a text. They told us the text would mention one hour of wait, but that it would not take that long. We waited an hour, did not hear back from then, and went back. Obviously they had no intent to actually call us. When we got there, they said they will give us a table for 4 (although we were 2). They took us upstairs and there were several table for 4 available. Felt like we waited an hour for nothin...

Not sure how this place stays in business, but it honestly is the worst Mexican food I've ever had. Veggie burrito literally was a drt tortilla with greasy veggies wrapped inside. Nothing else. The beans and rice were served on the side. Brutally bad.

This was very good Mexican food. Loved the salsa and it was great that we could all sit together in a large group. Everyone enjoyed the tasty food.
