Tonight I ordered my grilled chicken dinner (as always) and it showed up looking raw with raw onions. We tried calling to ask about it but there is absolutely no way to get through. So I get in my car, with raw chicken in hand and drive back the the restaurant. I get to the counter, show them the chicken and, instead of making it right, the cook tells me to order it again. They will not replace or even grill my bland raw chicken. They just kept pointing to a sign on the wall saying, call Eddie No thanks. Eddie should call me.Wish I took a picture of it. I’ve been ordering here for half a decade and always loved their food. Price is great. Good food. Recently, about 3 weeks ago, I had my last meal from there. I saw lots of mice at this place. One was under the fridge. One was burrowing into a hole inside one of the sacks of rice or potatoes. And one was by the back wall. I didn’t want to cancel my pick up order when I saw the mice but I won’t be coming back here again until they get a health inspection done or something.
I sent an email inquiry about services and if they delivered to my area. Although they responded quickly my email response was a plain “NO” The email did-not have a greeting, or a thank you for your interest, They literally read the email hit reply typed NO and hit send ? I am very disappointed on how I was dismissed. I would have picked up the food but that was not offered. Please learn that a little professionalism goes along way
I ALWAYS use Cuban Eddie’s in Dumont to cater my Holidays, Events and Birthdays! They never miss a beat , we are from Miami and Cuban , we appreciate this business because it is not easy to find good authentic Cuban food. It’s a bit annoying that they don’t take orders over the phone anymore but it’s fine for them I’ll drive to China ! Thank you Cuban Eddie’s for always making my holiday amazing ?

This place is not what it used to be from a few years back. The place is Just pumping out food with no care for the quality or temperature of the food. This place no longer accepts phone calls for pick up everything in the place is designed to pump out food for delivery apps. Google a different Cuban restaurant if you are in the area. !!
Reliably great food at the right price. You can't go wrong here, everything we've ordered has been delicious. The food is ready quickly, and the people who work here have always been friendly and helpful!
Placing an order for pick-up was convenient. The food was hot and delicious. The only improvement could be to have the side of beans less watery and with more beans. Overall, it was a great value.
I used to love this place. I have not bought here since they changed to online ordering only. No customer service anymore you are directed to a website. A true shame.

Take out, empandas are always ordered, tasty beef, potato and olives, is also a favorite.
Love their empanadas. Try the cheesesteak and guava and cheese.
