I went to this restaurant today because I was craving authentic Cuban food and it was the closest option to me. It is a small place with no indoor seating and was not the cleanest. The service was not friendly at all. I ordered pork chops thinking they would be freshly cooked, but they were actually leftovers from lunch. The rice was dry and the beans were tough, likely from sitting out since my arrival at 5pm. Unfortunately, the food did not have any authentic Cuban flavor. The beans seemed to have more of a Puerto Rican influence with calabasa, but they were not as good. Overall, I will not be returning to this place in the future.
This Cuban Eddies location doesn't taste the same as the one in Rivervale... Recently ordered from Grubhub and was disappointed with the food quality. We frequent the Rivervale location and had high expectations but.. The food was very dry. The chicken was dry, the porkchop tasted like cardboard and even the chorizo seemed rubbery. Overall, this location did not meet our expectations.
Located in a small strip mall near the train tracks, Cuban Eddie's in Fair Lawn is serving up delicious Cuban food quickly, pleasing customers with fast service and generous portions. The menu is extensive and written on the wall, so take your time to browse. The empanadas are particularly popular. Stop by today and leave satisfied.
All I can say is terrible, terrible terrible. This place gives cuban cooking a bad reputation. The concept is great, location is good, but the management and the chefs as well as the quality of the meats stay away. The stove and other cooking appliances where they handle your food speaks for its self. This is not cuban food.

Great lunch table with authentic flavors and very affordable dishes! My stepfather is Cuban and gives me his speciality for a good Cuban sandwich. As a result, I tried many a Cuban sandwich and that's just the second I felt it was right. And at a $5 price point, how can you go wrong!
The worst. Rice and beans were boiled and beans. The pig farm was very, very, very, very, very, very low. I was on Fairlawn. The staff did not respond to me as a customer. Nobody smiles. It was like they didn't want to come to work today, I'll never return. Goodbye.
Like others stated before, no taste, seems dirty and I found the sandwiches and other foods extremely greasy. This place is no where near the quality of the other locations. Was happy when I head they were opening in FL. Now, I’m back to ordering from Dumont. Shame.
Although they don't have many of the articles we wanted, their selection was still great!! Papa rellena was amazing eating fresh and her pineapple coconut smoothie was for dying. Great staff! PRICES ARE AMAZING! WOULD DEFINITELY RETURN!!

Friendly staff and delicious food. My family regularly gets black beans from here because they are so delicious. Last time I tried a Cuban sandwich and it was also really good, and at a reasonable price!
People were very nice, service was excellent, prices were a little high but still within reason.
