Usually have great experiences here but lately not so much. Got a large take out order for my family. When I got home I realized they gave me 2 wrong items and I was wrongfully charged as well. Usually I do not mind with hiccups such as these, but the price from what I ordered vs. what I received was too significant for me to ignore. I called the next day and spoke to a woman. I politely asked if I could get a refund or at least some kind of voucher. The woman said she would tell her boss and I could expect a call back. As a truck driver, I'm usually stuck with the standard truck stop food and crowd, so I was pleasantly surprised to find Cubano Bros just around the corner while loading. It was a delightful change to enjoy authentic Cuban cuisine! I tried the Lechon Asado pork sandwich, and it was outstanding—so much so that I ordered a chicken sandwich to take with me! The service was friendly and accommodating, and the Cuban café music added a cheerful vibe to the rainy day. If I find myself in this area again, I will definitely be coming back!
I didn't eat here so I don't know service or ambiance, but the reviews must be correct. I'm a Puerto Rican, and love any island influence in the burbs. The bread... that's the seller on authenticity. But it really is so good! It's perfect. The Cuban sandwich is awesome. Love tostones but mine were a bit too fried. Whatever, it was just a batch. I'm definitely a fan!
Don't pass this little gem up. We dined inside. Ordered the El Cubano sandwich, tostones, and a Cuban coffee. I took one bite of my sandwich, and the cheese followed. It was so tasty and just made right. The tostones were crispy and had a perfect pinch of salt. My coffee was perfect for the rainy day we were having . Made me feel warm and happy inside. This restaurant is absolutely fantastic! It was so great that I didn't even have a moment to take a photo! Their Cuban breakfast sandwich with lechon and grilled onions, freshly made, was fantastic! Pair it with a cafe con leche, and you'll be all set for the day! Don’t forget to try their lunch as well... you really can’t go wrong! Be sure to check them out!
You absolutely have to check out this place! The coffee is fantastic, and the steak sandwich was delicious—plus, I really loved the bread it was served on! Everything was excellent, and I can't wait to come back!
Awesome tasting food. Very small but charming dining area. Great place to grab a delicious lunch. If you're in a hurry, dishes containing chicken take the longest to cook, everything else comes out pretty quick.
