I liked the Cuban sandwich I had eaten from this local restaurant in Elk Grove. I'm just really glad I decided to stop here for a while, or else I wouldn't have known about this beautiful place. It is basically a small place with some tables and seats inside. It is clean and the ambience is beautiful. Your menu has no variety of options as it was just an option for breakfast, sandwiches, some pages and drinks. I went here in the afternoon and then the restaurant would close soon. I wanted to try her El Cubano, the basically the Cuban sandwich they have, so that this is what I ordered, as well as an order of the plan owners. Small joint with some pretty good food. Got the Cuban brothers steak sandwich. Buddy got the shredded beef bowl I believe.you can tell they bake the bread fresh it's very soft. The flavor was alright, wasn't as flavorful as I thought it would be but it was good. My buddy loved his bowl. We also tried the cafe con leches which was really good! I love plantain maduros. They also had some sort of beef filled pastry, it was almost like a crescent roll type of thing filled with beef, that thing was awesome. I'd definately give this guy's another go, next time the Cubano is on my list!
So glad that it is an authentic Cuban in this area. It saves a trip to the city. We ordered a Lechon (picture) and Cubano sandwiches. In addition to plátano maduros, tostones (educated), and a cafe con leche. OMG! The sandwiches are delicious and oh so delicious! How? The meats are seasoned and beautifully marinated!! Thank God that the taste is not bland! The stones come with a side of garlic aioli (picture)! The combo is so delicious! They are also crispy and not cut banana chips as you would get from other restaurants. They are actually patties of bananas!
Not enough stars to add !! Had the best Cuban sandwich I've had in a long time. Living in Chicago growing up in Logan square circa 1980's 90's had Cuban and Puerto Rican food from some of the best places in the city. Have to say Cubano bros is another level. Only thing that comes close are the spots in Miami. A must !!!
Very good place to eat something fast I am a Uber driver and I found this place and it was perfect! I didn't want a big meal or something super fat, so I was looking for a good homemade food place and this was the right option fresh sandwiches with fresh bread and ingredients. Reliable and super nice staff
BEST Cafe con leche and pastelitos cuban Breakfast of the Champs! This coffee brings Dunkin and Starbucks to shame and the Pastelito is so flaky on the outside and soft and sweet on the inside. If you do not come to miami now, this will build on it. Staff were always super friendly and friendly! Thank you.
I work nearby and Cubano Bro’s is always a safe bet for some delicious Cuban sandwiches. Prices are little high, but well worth spending. It would be awesome if you guys can make your own hot sauce!
This restaurant is really incredible! We had the El Cubano and the vegetarian sand, with fried plantains. The espresso was also amazing! Pls make sure Jesenia gets her $10 tip I left on the map.
Great service and great food. Sandwiched are light and ideal for lunchtime. You don't feel sluggish after dinner. Just enough to get you through the day. Very recommended.
