hallo welcome at cubano’s . this is a very unique Spanish restaurant, one of a kind also. I was there only once or twice for mi uupleneous, they have a good parking area area. while they go inside, they have beautiful Spanish decorations and have a customer service written near the door with a few feet away a huge fully opened concept bar with large bartenders where they can get drinks from their choice. this place has a great menu and one of the best waiters or waiters to serve all their needs on their Spanish tradition, not asked. first visit here as my wife and I stay in silver jump for a few days. alex g was our host and server, and he is excellent at his work. this dedication is more rare in restaurants. our order: aperitivo empanaditas plato mi tierra reis and bohnen, plantains, marinated hen, carne, slow boiled pigeon and swirl what is good: rice and buzz, plus the slowly boiled pig, both are remarkable. the planos were sweet and delicate, and the bark meat and the chicken on the mi tierra plate were also delicately delicious. in the did the mi tierra is an excellent evening meal to share as my wife and I did. the empanaditas were good, I wish they were again bigger, they would be just empanadas! in sum: this is...

idk, where I was, but I obviously missed myself! I was in the opposite and stopped by to get some food and decided to serve the churrasco a la brasa, the flank steak with rice, black beans and curtains. while I wait for my lunch, Alex asked me if I wanted a drink. I tried the mojito. I won't lie, I felt a little sharp after it. the mojito came with raw sugar cane, a nice little touch. the meal was very delicious. the steak was seasoned well and so tender. the only grief was that they forgot to give me the chimichurri for the steak. Very average experience, this place use to be good I am unsure what transpired through the pandemic. The food was bland. Slow service, unenthusiastic waiters, our server was not interested in her job during our meal. Younger waiters on their phones in the small corner right next to the bar area talking about patrons in spanish and laughing. They ran out of soft drinks, my date didn’t taste any alcohol in his mojito. I ordered a paella and calamari appetizer. They sat all guest along the tables against the wall, I felt bad I even recommended this place to my guest.

I love this place visited this restaurant for years in silver earlyling. a certain must be when they meet friends and have an authentic Cuban tariff.
