we had a very bad experience eating in cucina mia for the birthday of my mother. we have been feeding in the restaurant for about 12 years, as long-term protection cartridges. with a party of 13 we arrived and were greeted by the boss/owner who said that...we would be looked after. unnecessary to say, we waited 1.5 hours for our meals and most were under average / tasteless. Moreover, we were never checked for or asked how our meal times were and were never actually taken care of the cook/owner. Maybe it was the change of the owners, but the quality of the food was very bad.
My husband and I were on a mission to find the lasagna we were craving, and we were lucky to stumble upon Cucina Mia Cafe, which had lasagna on the menu. The restaurant was charming, with both indoor and outdoor seating. We were promptly seated at our reserved 6 p.m. time and greeted by a friendly hostess wearing a mask. We quickly placed our order and our food arrived shortly after. We had a leisurely dinner with ample space between tables. The lasagna was delectable and came with a tasty side salad. We also tried the garlic bread, which was delicious as well.
This fabulous Italian restaurant is located amidst a group of shops and a petrol station - but don't let that put you off. The family owned restaurant serves rich, authentic pastas, pizzas and awesome steaks. It has never let us down but it can get super busy so ensure you book. And it's BYO wine! You can sit outside on their pretty balcony or inside and you always leave feeling very very full! Highly recommended.
I recently dined at this cozy restaurant with some friends. We all enjoyed our meals and were not disappointed. Everything was prepared simply, but incredibly delicious. I ordered the oysters and scallopini, while others at the table tried the risotto and boccochini, all of which were excellent. The staff were attentive and the atmosphere was wonderful. Overall, a great little find for a satisfying meal.

Took my elderly parents here the other night. Food was great and I felt the service was really good considering how busy they were on a Tuesday night. They managed my quite demanding and even sometimes rude elderly parents very well which I am very grateful for Fantastic atmosphere with great food and lovely staff. Thank you so muchcan't wait to come back
A real treat for Italian cuisine. Serves are abundant and sometimes a challenge to finish. Diners treated as one of the family. Great tastes. Great service by all staff. Observation of covid restrictions well kept. Safe place to dine in a peaceful environment. (no loud...annoying music) .
I wish I could give this place zero stars, it is absolutely terrible! The manager is extremely rude to both staff and customers. The way she spoke to staff made up uncomfortable and when we were talking to her she was rude towards us. Terrible,...terrible, terrible place. Do not go here
Went for family dinner and service was poor. Ordered meals and they were quite disgusting, the veg looked like something you get from a frozen mix veg bag. We were very disappointed and will never return or recommend to anyone. And the price we paid for it was a joke for such rubbish.

amazing staff and food. Very busy and the staff and owner Tina are very passionate about there service and making sure everyone is happy. I can not highly recommend this fabulous restaurant enough. Please visit and say hi to Tina.
The Risotto at this restaurant is heavenly, truly authentic Italian cuisine. It is absolutely perfect. I love it every time I visit. My taste buds are forever spoiled.
