How not to make a detour through the kitchen on the south side during a passage to Cahors. After a first delightful experience a few months ago, I decided to come back to taste David Blanco’s cuisine and it was splendid! On the menu: a homemade vol-au-vent with a wonderful mushroom sauce: a pure delight! In the dish, I was tempted by a poultry supreme accompanied by his gratin of dauphinoise ravioli, the whole of which was blister sauce: extraordinary! My friend tasted the saint-jacques in the cabbage leaf, very good! All this accompanied by a glass of Cahors wine that blends perfectly with the menu. Great restaurant! Just fresh and homemade! Inventive and passionate cuisine! We had fun from the entrance to dessert! It is highly recommended if you stop in Cahors...However, think to book because restaurants where the kitchen is an art and a feast for the eyes and taste buds are very popular!
Everything was perfect! The restaurant accepts the dogs, the service is impeccable, the kitchen also. Very pleasant place I recommend.
