Cuisine et Sante' I found myself here in the green of the Upper Garonna to know and experience macrobiotic cuisine. I found a place similar to a small village, with people of various nationalities linked together by curiosity and love for cuisine. Great professionalism and availability of the chef Efrem Nicolau that every day varies recipes following the estro, fantasy and passion for the macrobiotic.
