I have always loved the food in Culvers, but today I had one of those moments to restore your faith to people. I ordered the trip and when I came to the window I didn't recognize my wallet. I asked if they were paying Samsung and the girl in the window took my phone and tried to work it several times. It didn't work and I offered to walk home and come back, but she didn't tell me it was on the house! I will definitely be back for food and amazing customer service!
You might spend a bit more and wait a little longer for your food compared to typical fast food restaurants, but Culver's is in a league of its own. The food is always served hot and is incredibly delicious, as they prepare it fresh after you place your order, rather than making it in advance. Without a doubt, this is my favorite fast food spot, featuring an excellent staff that is also committed to supporting our community.
Excellent service, welcoming atmosphere, and spotless environment. This establishment clearly has great management—the staff members were cordial and appeared to genuinely enjoy their jobs. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. Hats off to the management team at the Grand Rapids location!

Very good Fish Sandwich. Cod Filet. Service was excellent. Costs on a par with most other restaurants. Mushroom Swiss Burger was excellent as well.
I ordered a strawberry and banana shake it was yummy to my tummy! Next time you go to culver's I recommend that you get a large one
