Two friends and I visited this fine institution on the eve of the 23rd May 2022. The nice young man with the curly black hair that worked on the thru drive window at 9:57 was one of the best service workers I ever met. He was human, in vain and went out his way to put a smile on our face. He is also humble - we have asked for his name so that we can write a good review about him, but he refused to say that there is no need for us to thank him, he only does his job! I met a lifelong friend yesterday. God bless the Northfield Culver and God bless America.
I visited this Culver's recently and have been a fan for about six years. I've always experienced fast service here. When I mentioned it was my first visit, the staff went out of their way to ensure I had the full experience. I enjoyed a malt, cheese curds, and a ButterBurgers, which felt just right. The staff is consistently young but they work hard and provide great service.
This is undoubtedly one of the best restaurants around. The food is excellent, and the accommodations are clean and beautifully decorated for any season or occasion. The staff clearly enjoys their work, and it really shines through. There's a fantastic balance of teamwork and professionalism, combined with a fun and lively atmosphere. You definitely should eat here!
We did the drive-through. Once through, we checked for everything and realised we were missing dipping sauce and fries. I went in to ask for them, and there was a huddle of workers talking who split when they saw me. I talked to a very helpful lady who was attempting to help. Another young man was not listening to what I said while trying to insert himself.

The restaurant is beautiful, clean, and offers easy parking. I tried the mushroom Swiss cheese burger with fries, which was slightly indulgent but absolutely delicious—perhaps it was the cheese! I was too full for dessert, so I didn't try the dessert custard, but it certainly looked tempting.
I volunteered at a blood drive here today and took the opportunity to grab some lunch. The service was impressively quick, which is not what I've experienced at other Culver's locations. The staff was extremely friendly, and both the restaurant and the restrooms were clean.
Food was great. On this visit, all was fresh and hot...the burgers, fries, curds...all was hot. Even the bun was fresh. Delish.
Delicious food! However, they frequently forget to include items in your larger takeout orders.
