The food was good, nothing too special about it other then what I had was just fish and shrimp with fries and potato salad. First waitress we had wasn?t too happy to be there and had switched mid shift, I guess a new shift had started and we had gotten a new waitress. She was much friendlier and attentive (Ashley was her name) compared to the first. Potato salad was store bought or very similar. The fry seasoning that use to have they no longer make anymore but luckily she went above and beyond to get us what we drove an hour for. The outdoors and patio seating is what makes this trip worth all the while.
A classic riverside restaurant that we've frequented for years and never had an issue. Even through Covid, they did a surprisingly good job keeping up with to-go orders. We've tried most things on the menu by this point and you can't really go wrong. Be advised that the double burger is pretty gigantic. Highly recommend eating outside on the dock when the weather is great. Once upon a time, there was an excellent breakfast brunch, and legend says that if enough people ask it could come back... Well-behaved dogs welcome to come eat outside.
This restaurant is fantastic! The best fish and seafood in the Louisville area. It's cooked perfectly every time. The prices are very reasonable for the portions. I can't always eat all the food because it's so much. Then you add to it the wonderful ambience of sitting on the deck overlooking the creek with boats headed in and out of the Ohio River and you have a great evening in the making. The inside is no frills and can be a bit loud but I still love it.
I met my son on a Saturday for lunch after work. We sat out on the screened in porch and enjoy the scenery very much. I have been coming here for a very long time my father used to bring my brother's and I when we were children. The food is normally right on point. The service last time around could use a little help, but all n' all my son and I enjoyed a very nice lunch together. We will definitely be back.

Great one of a kind place to meet friends or visitors to Louisville for the different experience from the franchise choices to eat, meet be merry. Food is always good, but first timers must try their whitefish sandwich or dinner. Great setting for casual gathering any time of year, but the best are those spring, summer and fall days when you can sit outside and watch boats go by in the fresh air.
I?ve been coming to Kentucky for the past 3 years. My wife?s father likes Cunningham?s so he took me there. It has become a tradition to eat out on the water at least twice before heading back to California. Their whitefish is tasty and never too salty. My wife loves the Reuben? I?m a stickler for good coleslaw and Cunningham?s does not disappoint. The wait staff are always friendly and fast.
We loved it ? We were able to sit creek side with our dog enjoy the views/breeze. We all loved their chips queso cheese. We had ribeye sandwiches and chicken tenders fries.Our waiter Kevin was super friendly helpful. We'll definitely return on our next trip to Prospect.
First time here. Late lunch early dinner around 2:30. Not horribly crowded. We sat on the lower deck outside. Our drinks came out quickly as did the appetizer and entrees. Food was good and correct. The waiter, Aaron, was friendly and fast.

We love to go on cruises and we enjoy docking in Cunninghams, whether it's for a date night or the family for a trip. You always impress! Always good food and drinks with decent portion sizes with enormous service!
I've been my favorite fish for years. Sunday brunch is the best deal in town. I can't say good enough about her. Well, except that I miss her and can't wait until she opens again!
