Took my grandma out for the day who’s practically house bound. She wanted to come here as she used to do so with her friend. It was fairly empty so was good to get her wheelchair in. As we put the brakes on to get her out into a chair we were rudely told to move from the aisle. We also had a pram which we tried to move as best possible. It’s a very small shop with no spare corners perhaps something to consider? Or at least help your customers by telling them where they can place pranks/wheelchairs rather than just be rude about it. While we were there there was another wheelchair and 2 more prams come in and out so it appears to be something worth looking at. One lady in particular was very...
This is a so called cafe but with no toilet facilties. They refused a 6yr old child access to a toilet even though I had paid £10 in advance for 2 lunches and drinks and that included a tip !!! The owner announced (quite aggressively) that she didn't have to provide one. A very expensive first visit to Bury because we had to leave everything and find some toilet facilities and then buy some more lunch. I should have gone to Mcdonalds instead of trying to support a local business. At the very least they should advertise that they don't have any facilities oh but that would put people off. Probably explains why the place was empy at 12 15. DO NOT GO THERE !!!!
We like to use local cafes rather than big commercial outfits for lunch. we find the food is nicer and customer service is more down to earth. we were so disappointed I can't express it enough. rude ignorant staff and food which doesn't match up to its price tag. when ordering our food they didn't once look at us and when bringing the food over I asked if they had ketchup. she pointed at it on the counter and walked past it. if I hadn't already payed I'd have walked out. will not go again.
I now visit this restaurant weekly because of the delicious food, excellent service, and friendly staff. It's a good sign to see many regular customers. The restaurant is becoming busier each week. The homemade pies and cakes are to die for, and the specials change regularly. The prices are very reasonable, so it would be a shame to miss out on this place. I have been visiting this restaurant on and off for years. I recently stopped by and had tea and a toasted teacake. I noticed that the teacake was smaller than it used to be in the past. It seemed overcooked, possibly forgotten on the toaster. It also tasted like margarine instead of butter. It's disappointing to see everything shrinking in size. Despite these issues, the staff were lovely and the prices were good. Thank you for the experience.
Decided to go to cup 'o ' Rosie today for lunch and was pleasantly surprised. Walked inside and found a table for 2. Was not sure if it was table service or anything like that so asked a member of staff who assisted me in a pleasant manner. It 's counter service, so ordered mine and my husbands lunch and including drinks pretty cheap. Will be going again however don 't know when!
We found this place whilst out shopping and since that first time make it a deffo stop off whenever we can make it on a Saturday morning, good wholesome breakfasts, and take a couple of home made pies away with you, nice pleasant staff.

a big breakfast for a reasonable price, lovely place and the staff were very pleasant. The food was excellent, when they say big breakfast thats what you got.
