The Cup of Soul is a charming little establishment with friendly staff and delicious food. We discovered it while traveling from Halifax airport to Prince Edward Island, and it was the perfect spot to take a break. They were excellent with accommodating allergies, and it was a wonderful experience! Although we didn't dine in, we picked up some frozen soup and gluten-free bread to enjoy later in the evening. We can't wait to return!
wow! 15 min from the airport. we were trapped in the airport hotels without landing in order to get our daughters to eat. I called the restaurant to make sure she could eat there and that it was safe. they were amazing! they had two blueberries pancakes and agitated. it is also sensitive to soy and they don't use soy.
Simple, tasty, friendly. Good. Im celiac, and I found a recommendation via a gluten free finder app. Im glad I did. The service was friendly, and the food was good. I like the atmosphere as well: folk art, and home. Ill be back if Im in the area again at meal time!
delicious sandwiches and service in a picturesque location. the only kodicil was that the bakery was in the same case as the one that was not gf. they were in the upper regals but gif those who are not celiac. I loved this little place.
On my journey from Halifax airport to Antigonish, I discovered this fantastic restaurant. They offer gluten-free options for everything on the menu, and their bread is also free of dairy and eggs. I found it to be very delicious!
The Cup of Soul has a good variety of main course and dessert dishes that are gluten free. Reasonably priced and friendly. Worth stopping for.
