Ordered delivery through their website for delivery tonight at 19:25. Turned up at 18:55 whilst I was putting the kids to bed. Delivery driver spoke little English and didn't understand the issue so pushed the bag at me and left. By the time the kids were in bed (19:20) unsurprisingly the food was cold. Phoned up to discuss with the restaurant and their solution was for me to drive there and drop off the cold food and pick up fresh food as their driver was busy. That would have meant leaving my 2 and 4 year old in bed and leaving the house to do this. Obviously not practical. Nothing more offered. Made other food for dinner.
