Cushman Market Cafe

In this little old funky building you can have a variety of hanging out and dining experiences. With the market in the front, the cafe in the back and the patio on the side there are plenty of spaces to shop or refresh. Its funkyness is part of the charm. The menu includes many coffee specialty drinks and teas, plus what ever you want to get from the market fridges. They have a nice big breakfast menu including vegan options. There are a couple bakery cases. There are sandwiches for lunch, and a few pre made sandwiches can be found in the market fridges. I usually have breakfast and a nice journaling session in the morning with my large coffee. My favorite is the Daily, which is simply eggs...

This is a fantastic spot for enjoying laid-back deli-style meals. The staff is friendly, and the food is delightful. I had a BLT with avocado and turkey, which was delicious. They also offer homemade specialty drinks and fresh-baked breads. The front of the building features a small grocery store with a great selection of wines.

It’s taken me this long to leave a review to Cushman’s because I love this spot so much that I could gush about it for ages. Suffice to say that the food is delicious and wonderfully affordable (compared to Boston area prices) and the cafe is super cute, and I love escaping campus to spend time here.

I absolutely adore this place, both the market and the café. The food is fantastic, offering an impressive variety for those with dietary restrictions. The staff is friendly and professional. 45 minutes for mid eggs and toast I would absolutely not recommend coming here until they put some serious effort into managing the place better. I get their busy but bad attitudes coupled with an awful wait time makes this a sad place to buy food from.

We love Cushman’s café, especially during patio weather. Breakfast sandwiches, bowls, and burritos are delicious, sandwiches creative and substantial, and they make a good latte. Staff is friendly, even when the line is extra long.
