Shocking!!! We had a hair baked into the cookie that was part of the cheesecake dessert. The hair was actually hanging out of the baked cookie. The waiter did look at it and whisk it away with apologies. He also returned later to let us know that the kitchen staff were reminded to wear their hairnets but no manager came to our table and our dessert wasn’t even removed from the bill.
Great service and food. The experience was great until the party that was seated next to us were dressed in gym attire, hoodies and athletic shoes and baseball caps. Then they were aping. It would have expected the restaurant would have a dress minimum. Disappointing
This was a wonderful lunch with my daughter! The restaurant is absolutely beautiful. We had a very nice waiter who was always checking on us to see if we needed anything. The food was fantastic also. We had the pretty women mock tail , it was delicious.
Everything was fine except the service by a youngish waiter who had little patience and yelled at me. Didn’t want to answer questions about the menu. I’ve never been yelled at by a waiter. I certainly do not expect that at a high end restaurant. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
This is my favorite place to dine. Parking is easy. All of the staff are polite and efficient. The Food is excellent. Service is impeccable. I'll keep returning weekly.
Great experience. I ended up receiving really bad news while dining there, and they brought me tissues. Delicious food and even better service.
It NEVER disappoints. Salvador is always our waiter. He is the best! The food is top notch! We come every time we are in Beverly Hills.
