Cuvée At Chatham Inn

we had a fantastic meal that has surpassed our expectations honestly. we made the 4 courses that were a lot of food for us. not only were the dishes kreatiw and tasty, but also the deep and complexity of the aromen blow us away. I ordered the oysters on a half dish and after that my choice began to regret that it was too boring. the court was amazing and there was nothing common about the way the oysters were prepared. that is a court that will be hard to forget. also the foie grasplatte was another one we will not forget. saw, buttery and delicious. every cursor that followed, we enjoyed enormously. the service is impeccable and that was an unforgettable eating.

As always, the food was terrific...and the presentations were really creative and beautiful. The staff was informative, cordial and efficient. The pinot noir was a perfect temperature. The lobster course could have been a bit hotter, but otherwise wonderful dinner. Has to be among the best (if not THE best) on Cape Cod!

eating was delicious and service efficient and friendly. that was the best meal we ate on cape cod. outstanding dishes were the lobster en croute and the foie gras terrine. we're coming back.

a dining expericence that rivals every nyc or a large city restaurant. I'm often here and I can't wait to go back when we're on the go.
